I am the Associate Library Director at Concordia University, St. Paul, and hold a Master of Science in Information Science degree from the University of Texas, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Concordia. My interests span the technical, psychological, and organizational needs for and barriers to implementing technologies, systems, and operations.
