Learn about the Minnesota Library Association's Institute for Leadership Excellence (MILE). During this breakout session, MILE 2015 alumni will share their experiences, demonstrate MILE leadership & teamwork exercises, and a panel of MILE alumni and their mentors will provide a Q and A session. Attendees will learn about the MILE program and how to apply for the MILE 2017: Leading for Life conference. In addition to speakers and a panel, MILE alumni will be in the audience to support the discussion.
