Session Evaluation
Becoming a Passport Acceptance Facility is a way to expand customer service in the community, generate foot traffic, and provide a revenue stream. The Grand Rapids Area Library began accepting passports in December of 2015. This session will discuss the pros and cons, talk about the process of becoming an acceptance facility, and describe the experience to date.  The Customer Service Office of the Regional Passport Agency will talk about the requirements and the process for becoming an acceptance facility.
