Deborah is a librarian with Dakota County Library. She plans and presents programming for youth, maintains the children’s collections, and answers any and all questions at the reference desk in a busy suburban branch.  Prior to working at Dakota County Library, Deborah worked for Saint Paul Public Library as a library associate while earning her MLIS from St. Catherine University. Deborah began her library career serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA, running an after school homework center and reading program for SPPL. She holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from St. Catherine University. Deborah serves on the Minnesota Library Association Board of Directors as Member-At-Large and is Chair of the Membership Committee.
