Jennifer Verbrugge is the Library Program and Partnership Coordinator for State Library Services at the Minnesota Department of Education. She oversees the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund (Legacy) grant program and statewide programs for youth, such as the 90-Second Newbery and Libraries Serving Youth Meetup. Jennifer came to MDE in 2014 with an extensive background in public library services for youth and families, and strongly believes in whole child education
